Be Sure! Day 40
Be sure that you give your witness of Jesus!
Our witness starts in “Jerusalem” – our immediate environment. Wherever God has placed us becomes our Jerusalem.
Our witness is both our example and the words that we speak. Our way of life needs to draw people to what Christ has done within us. But nothing substitutes for the words that we speak of Jesus – who He is and what He did for the world.
Our witness carries a cost. Let us not shrink back in the face of persecution or opposition.
Our witness is empowered by the Spirit. The Holy Spirit will give us the boldness and the wisdom that we need.
Carry this thought today – LORD, I SHARE JESUS IN YOUR POWER.
